THIS RECIPE IS A GLUTEN FREE RECIPE, LEARN MORE ABOUT GLUTEN AND I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT GLUTEN FREE DIET IS MORE HEALTHIER THAN ORDINARY DIET.
1 CUP GRAM FLOUR (ALSO KNOWN AS CHICKPEA FLOUR AND BESAN)
1 CUP SUGAR
3/4 CUP WATER
FOOD COLOUR (ORANGE 2-3 PINCHES)
1 CUP DESI GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER)
8-10 ALMONDS ROUGHLY SLICED
METHOD
Take a bowl and add gram flour and water and make a thick paste and keep
it aside for 30-45 minutes (it is important to follow this process to
make super tasty gluten free besan halwa)
now place a pan (kadhai) on gas add the desi ghee and let it melt, add
the almonds and let it fry for 1-2 minutes and take them out in another
bowl. add the gram flour paste to it and cook it on medium to slow flame
till you observe a colour change
in another pan add water and sugar, cook it until the sugar melts and
dissolves, now add the orange food colouring and mix well
now add the sugar syrup to the pan containing the cooked gram flour
paste and mix well
now take out in a serving dish and garnish with fried almonds

COMENZEMOS A HACER BESAN HALWA SIN GLUTEN
INGREDIENTES
1 TAZA DE HARINA DE GRAMO (TAMBIÉN CONOCIDA COMO HARINA DE GARBANZO Y BESAN)
1 TAZA DE AZÚCAR
3/4 TAZA DE AGUA
COLOR DE LOS ALIMENTOS (NARANJA 2-3 PINZAS)
1 TAZA DESI GHEE (MANTECA CLARIFICADA)
8-10 ALMENDRAS EN REBANADAS
MÉTODO
Tome un tazón y agregue harina de garbanzos y agua y haga una pasta espesa y déjela a un lado durante 30-45 minutos (es importante seguir este proceso para hacer besan halwa sin gluten súper sabroso)
Ahora coloca una sartén (kadhai) sobre el gas agrega el desi ghee y deja que se derrita, agrega las almendras y déjala freír por 1-2 minutos y sácalas en otro bol. agregue la pasta de harina de garbanzo y cocínela a fuego medio a lento hasta que observe un cambio de color
en otra sartén agrega agua y azúcar, cocina hasta que el azúcar se derrita y se disuelva, ahora agrega el colorante naranja y mezcla bien
ahora agregue el jarabe de azúcar a la sartén que contiene la pasta de harina de garbanzo cocida y mezcle bien
ahora sacar en una fuente y decorar con almendras fritas
