LET'S START MAKING IMMUNITY BOOSTING KADHA
INGREDIENTS
JAGGERY as per your taste (GUR) (OPTIONAL)
25 GRAM CINNAMON POWDERED
25 GRAM MULETHI POWDERED (LIQUORICE)
25 GRAM SAUNTH OR GINGER POWDERED
25 GRAM ASHWAGANDHA POWDERED
4-5 BASIL LEAVES (TULSI)
BLACK PEPPER 3-4 POWDERED
2 CLOVES POWDERED
METHOD
we will take 25 gram cinnamon powdered, 25 gram mulethi powdered (liquorice), 25 gram saunth or ginger powdered, 25 gram ashwagandha powdered and mix together. Now we have our kadha masala
TIPS!!
you can instantly make the immunity boosting kadha using the kadha masala because powdered substances will cook faster
now take a pan and add 1 cup water into it and add 1/2 tbsp kadha masala, jaggery, crush some basil leaves, cloves, black pepper and add to the pan cover and boil till reduced to 3/4 now
sieve it and our kadha is ready!!

तरीका
हम 25 ग्राम दालचीनी पाउडर, 25 ग्राम मुलेठी पाउडर (शराब), 25 ग्राम सौंठ या अदरक का पाउडर, 25 ग्राम अश्वगंधा पाउडर लें और एक साथ मिलाएं। अब हमारे पास हमारा कढ़ा मसाला है

आप तुरंत कढ़ा मसाला का उपयोग करके इम्युनिटी बूस्ट करने वाले कढा बना सकते हैं क्योंकि चूर्ण पदार्थ तेजी से पकेंगे
अब एक पैन लें और इसमें 1 कप पानी डालें और 1/2 टेबलस्पून कड़ा मसाला, गुड़ डालें, तुलसी के कुछ पत्ते, लौंग, काली मिर्च को कुचलें और पैन कवर में डालें और 3/4 तक कम होने तक उबालें।
इसे छलनी और हमारा कढ़ा तैयार है !!
