add gram flour and corn flour to the bowl containing peanuts. Now in a separate bowl or plate mix all our spices and add half of the spice mix and ginger garlic paste into our peanuts and mix well.

now place a pan on medium flame and add oil for deep frying, now turn the flame to low and one by one add the peanuts to the pan and fry till brown

मूंगफली वाले कटोरे में बेसन और मकई का आटा मिलाएं। अब एक अलग कटोरे या प्लेट में हमारे सभी मसालों को मिलाएं और मसाले के आधे भाग और अदरक लहसुन के पेस्ट को हमारी मूंगफली में मिला दें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।
यह हमारी मूंगफली की तरह कैसे होगा
अब मीडियम आंच पर एक पैन रखें और डीप फ्राई करने के लिए तेल डालें, अब आंच धीमी कर दें और एक-एक करके कड़ाही में मूंगफली डालें और भूरा होने तक भूनें
अब उन्हें पैन से बाहर निकालें
अब बचा हुआ मसाला डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ
अब हमारे ग्लूटेन फ्री नटकेर्स तैयार हैं

ASÍ QUE COMENZAMOS A HACER NUESTROS CASCANUECES
INGREDIENTES
1 TAZA DE CACAHUETES (CRUDOS; NO ASADOS)
2 cucharaditas de harina de gramo (BESAN)
PASTA DE AJO Y JENGIBRE
ACEITE PARA FREÍR
Especias
1/2 cucharada de sal (o al gusto)
1/2 cucharada de chile rojo en polvo
1/4 cucharada de sal negra
1/4 cucharada de garam masal
1/4 cucharada de polvo de ambiente (mango en polvo)
tome un tazón grande y agregue agua, agregue maní y lávese bien. Ponlos en otro bol
agregue harina de garbanzos y harina de maíz al recipiente que contiene los cacahuetes. Ahora en un tazón o plato aparte mezcle todas nuestras especias y agregue la mitad de la mezcla de especias y la pasta de ajo y jengibre en nuestros cacahuetes y mezcle bien.
así es como lucirán nuestros cacahuetes
ahora coloque una sartén a fuego medio y agregue aceite para freír, ahora baje la llama y, uno por uno, agregue los cacahuetes a la sartén y fría hasta que se doren
ahora sácalos de la sartén
ahora agregue las especias restantes y mezcle bien
