अब मीडियम आंच पर एक पैन रखें और डीप फ्राई करने के लिए तेल डालें, अब आंच धीमी कर दें और एक-एक करके कड़ाही में मूंगफली डालें और भूरा होने तक भूनें
अब उन्हें पैन से बाहर निकालें
अब बचा हुआ मसाला डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ

INGREDIENTES
1 TAZA DE CACAHUETES (CRUDOS; NO ASADOS)
2 cucharaditas de harina de gramo (BESAN)
PASTA DE AJO Y JENGIBRE
ACEITE PARA FREÍR
Especias
1/2 cucharada de sal (o al gusto)
1/2 cucharada de chile rojo en polvo
1/4 cucharada de sal negra
1/4 cucharada de garam masal
1/4 cucharada de polvo de ambiente (mango en polvo)
tome un tazón grande y agregue agua, agregue maní y lávese bien. Ponlos en otro bol
agregue harina de garbanzos y harina de maíz al recipiente que contiene los cacahuetes. Ahora en un tazón o plato aparte mezcle todas nuestras especias y agregue la mitad de la mezcla de especias y la pasta de ajo y jengibre en nuestros cacahuetes y mezcle bien.

ahora coloque una sartén a fuego medio y agregue aceite para freír, ahora baje la llama y, uno por uno, agregue los cacahuetes a la sartén y fría hasta que se doren
