GLUTEN-FREE CAKE | HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN FREE CAKE AT HOME WITHOUT OVEN AND MAIDA

today we are going to make gluten-free cake which is very simple and very tasty.
before we start I would like to mention that this blog is a written ingredient and recipe of my video on YouTube 

SO LET'S GET STARTED

INGREDIENTS

CUP SIZE = SMALL

  • 1/2 cup refined oil
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup rice flour (two tbsp for dusting)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder

METHOD

  • Take a mixer jar. add 2 eggs into it after that add 1/2 cup milk into it and mix well till we get a foamy mixture
  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup refined oil, after that add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, and mix for 5-10 minutes. Now add 1 cup rice flour and again mix for 5-10 minutes, after that add the foamy mixture and mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
  • In our batter, we will add 1/2 tbsp baking soda & 1/2 tbsp baking powder and add 2 tbsp milk(or water) to activate the baking soda & powder and mix well
  • LIGHT AND FLUFFY BATTER IMAGE
    NOW OUR LIGHT AND FLUFF BATTER IS READY
  • Now take another bowl and pour half of the batter into it, add orange food colouring to one part of the batter and mix well, now we have two batters white batter and orange batter
  • Now take a cake tin and grease it refined oil and dust it with rice flour
  • in the cake tin add 1 tbsp of white batter in the centre and tap it again and again to remove air bubbles. (see image)

  • Now add 1 tbsp of orange batter on top of the white circle

  • Now add 1 tbsp of orange batter on top of the white circle
    • we will, again and again, drop the white batter and tap it, after that add orange batter on it and tap it again and use all our batter.
    • now we  have used all our batter
    BATTER
    • Now we will take a knife or toothpick and cut or batter into 4 (shown in the image below)

    • isn't it looking beautiful
    • now if you like you can cut the four pieces into half
    • now to bake our cake we will take a kadhai or pan and place a stand-on it, we will cover it and let it heat for 8-10 minutes on slow gas.
    • now we will place our cake tin in our pre-heated kadhai and cook it for15-20 minutes
    • after 20 minutes, we will dip a knife in it if it returns clean that means our cake is ready
    • we will let it cool for 30 minutes
    • let's take it out of the cake tin
    • our super tasty and fluffy cake is ready
