HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN-FREE ALOO KA PARANTHA

INGREDIENTS
BOILED POTATOES (3-4)
SPICES
SALT TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER
CORIANDER POWDER
AMCHOOR POWDER
GARAM MASALA
FOR TADKA
PANEER (DICED)
ONE MEDIUM SIZE ONION
CUMIN SEEDS
FOR COOING
GLUTEN-FREE AATA
OIL 2-3 TABLESPOON
GLUTEN-FREE AATA
METHOD
take boiled potatoes and mash them
add salt and other spices
MIX WELL
in a pan add 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds
add onion and fry till light brown, add diced paneer add this tadka to the
mashed potatoes
take a small ball of aata (GLUTEN FREE)
and roll it out, fill some mashed potatoes and roll it out till medium
thick
add 1 tbsp oil on a pan or tawa
place the parantha on the tawa
let it cook for 1-2 minutes
roll over the parantha and add oil on the slightly cooked side
do this 👆 step again

MEZCLA DE ESPECIAS
PARA TADKA
PANEER (DICADO)
UNA CEBOLLA MEDIANA
SEMILLAS DE COMINO
PARA COO
AATA SIN GLUTEN
ACEITE 2-3 CUCHARADA
AATA SIN GLUTEN
MÉTODO
tomar papas hervidas y triturarlas
agregue sal y otras especias
MEZCLAR BIEN
en una sartén agregue 1 cucharada de aceite agregue semillas de comino
agregue la cebolla y fría hasta que se dore, agregue paneer en cubitos
agregue este tadka al puré de papas
tomar una bolita de aata (SIN GLUTEN)
y extiéndalo, llene un poco de puré de papas y extiéndalo hasta que esté
medio grueso
agregue 1 cucharada de aceite en una sartén o tawa
coloca el parantha en el tawa
déjalo cocinar por 1-2 minutos
enrolle la parantha y agregue aceite por el lado ligeramente cocido
haz esto 👆 paso de nuevo

UN OIGNON DE TAILLE MOYENNE
GRAINES DE CUMIN
POUR LA CUISSON
AATA SANS GLUTEN
HUILE 2-3 CUILLÈRE DE TABLE
AATA SANS GLUTEN
MÉTHODE
prendre des pommes de terre bouillies et les écraser
ajouter du sel et d'autres épices
BIEN MÉLANGER
dans une casserole ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile ajouter les graines de
cumin
ajouter l'oignon et faire frire jusqu'à ce qu'il soit brun clair, ajouter du
paner coupé en dés, ajouter ce tadka à la purée de pommes de terre
prenez une petite boule d'aata (SANS GLUTEN)
et étalez-le, remplissez de purée de pommes de terre et étalez-le jusqu'à ce
qu'il soit épais
ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile sur une casserole ou tawa
place le parantha sur le tawa
laissez cuire 1 à 2 minutes
rouler sur la parantha et ajouter l'huile sur le côté légèrement cuit
refaites cette étape

Nimm gekochte Kartoffeln und zerdrücke sie
Salz und andere Gewürze hinzufügen
GUT MISCHEN
