INGREDIENTS
JAGGERY as per your taste (GUR) (OPTIONAL)
25 GRAM CINNAMON POWDERED
25 GRAM MULETHI POWDERED (LIQUORICE)
25 GRAM SAUNTH OR GINGER POWDERED
25 GRAM ASHWAGANDHA POWDERED
4-5 BASIL LEAVES (TULSI)
BLACK PEPPER 3-4 POWDERED
2 CLOVES POWDERED
METHOD
we will take 25 gram cinnamon powdered, 25 gram mulethi powdered
(liquorice), 25 gram saunth or ginger powdered, 25 gram ashwagandha
powdered and mix together. Now we have our kadha masala
TIPS!!
you can instantly make the immunity boosting kadha using the kadha
masala because powdered substances will cook faster
now take a pan and add 1 cup water into it and add 1/2 tbsp kadha masala,
jaggery, crush some basil leaves, cloves, black pepper and add to the pan
cover and boil till reduced to 3/4 now
sieve it and our kadha is ready!!

antes de comenzar, me gustaría mencionar que este blog se basa en mi video en YouTube
ENTONCES EMPECEMOS
INGREDIENTES
1/2 KG DE POLLO SIN HUESO (CORTADO EN CUBOS MEDIANOS)
CURD DE 2 CUCHARADAS
1 cucharada de sal (o sal al gusto)
1 cucharada de chile rojo en polvo
1 cucharada de cúrcuma
2 cucharadas de cilantro en polvo
1/4 cucharada de garam masala
1/2 cucharada de polvo de ambiente
3 CEBOLLAS MEDIANAS (2 PICADAS, 1 CUÑA)
PASTA DE AJO Y JENGIBRE
3 TOMATES MEZCLADOS
1 CÁPSICO PEQUEÑO (CUÑA)
1 CUCHARADA GRAMO DE HARINA (BESAN)
PALO DE CANELA (ROTO EN 2)
PIMIENTA NEGRA (5-6)
CARDAMOMO NEGRO (2)
CLAVOS (4-5)
HOJAS SECAS DE FENGRUEK 1 CUCHARADA (CRASH)
1 taza de aceite
1/2 VIDRIO DE AGUA (OPCIONAL)
COMENZEMOS A HACER "SHAHI CHICKEN KORMA | CHICKEN CHANGEZI | MUGHLAI CHICKEN KORMA"
lavar y secar el pollo y colocarlo en un plato. Agregue la cuajada encima y luego agregue la mitad de la cantidad de sal, chile rojo en polvo, cúrcuma, cilantro en polvo, garam masala, amchoor en polvo y déjelo reposar durante 30 minutos en el refrigerador.
tomar una sartén y agregar 1 taza de aceite, agregar nuestras cebollas en rodajas y freír hasta que estén ligeramente doradas, después de freír sacarlas. Agregue el pimiento en cuña y fría hasta que esté marrón claro y déjelos a un lado.
agregue la rama de canela, el cardamomo, el clavo, las hojas de fenogreco a la sartén, luego agregue las cebollas picadas y fría hasta que estén doradas, agregue 1 cucharada de harina de garbanzos y mezcle bien. Déjalo cocer hasta que cambie de color.
luego agregue la pasta de tomate, la pasta de ajo y jengibre y las especias que quedan (la que usamos para marinar)
agregue el pollo marinado a la sartén y mezcle bien, tápelo y cocine por 10 minutos
destape la sartén y mezcle nuevamente si el pollo aún está crudo agregue 1/2 vaso de agua y cocine nuevamente por 10 minutos a gas lento
Agregue las cebollas fritas y el pimiento encima y cocine durante 3-4 minutos.
AHORA NUESTRO POLLO ESTÁ LISTO SERVIR CALIENTE
