today we are going to make gluten-free cake which is very simple and very tasty. before we start I would like to mention that this blog is a written ingredient and recipe of my video on YouTube  SO LET'S GET STARTED INGREDIENTS CUP SIZE = SMALL 1/2 cup refined oil 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup rice flour (two tbsp for dusting) 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1/2 tbsp baking powder METHOD Take a mixer jar. add 2 eggs into it after that add 1/2 cup milk into it and mix well till we get a foamy mixture In a bowl add 1/2 cup refined oil, after that add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, and mix for 5-10 minutes. Now add 1 cup rice flour and again mix for 5-10 minutes, after that add the foamy mixture and mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
